| The Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation Malaysia (MOSTI) Resource Centre which was established in 1992, is one of the units of the Malaysian Science and Technology Information Centre (MASTIC). The Resource Centre was formerly located at the Sime Darby building in Kuala Lumpur and was moved to the present premise in Putrajaya in 2003. It occupies part of level 4 of the MOSTI building.

The Resource Centre is committed to its mission to be a powerful source of knowledge provider in providing excellent collection and information services in support of MOSTI’s vision to be the lead agency in the advancement of science, technology and innovation. The Resource Centre plays its role especially in supporting learning and research programs and as content populator for MOSTI’s Knowledge Resource for S&T Excellence (KRSTE.my) portal.
The Resource Centre has a substantial and diverse collection of science and technology (S&T) resources including information related to S&T policy, its management, technology forecast and environmental management. To date, the collections consist of more than 13,000 volumes of monographs, 32 current subscriptions of magazines/journals, newspapers, online databases (in-house and commercial), multimedia resources, theses, annual reports, proceedings and reports.

The Resource Centre is opened to government researchers/officials, students from higher learning institutions and professionals from public and private sectors.
